Graphic Solutions Company is looking for a Account/Project Manager to manage and coordinate activity of multi-product line accounts and support team. Ensure high degree of customer satisfaction through a high level of service. This is a temp to hire opportunity in NW Houston (Beltway 8/290) paying $45K-$53K annually.


  • Manage a variety of accounts, including multi-product line accounts, by maintaining a full working knowledge of customer requirements and expectations, account forecasts, products, design intent, profitability, pricing, product line, invoicing, installation and collections.
  • Process assigned sales orders by reviewing input from Customer Service staff and entering into a computer database system.
  • Serve as liaison for internal and external customers and suppliers for assigned accounts by providing effective and efficient lines of communication; serve as primary contact on accounts assigned.
  • Set up and negotiate contracts with installers and/or assist Field Service Manager with negotiations as needed.
  • Monitor customer contracts and assist Sales in renewal of contracts
  • Assist New Business Department with development of new products as assigned.
  • Communicate customer developments and expectations with sales team.
  • Oversee the creation, tracking, installation and expediting (i.e. estimates, art proofs, shipments, credits, etc.) processes.
  • Evaluate and maintain appropriate finished goods inventory levels as required or specified by the account; authorize production on inventory as required
  • Monitor and coordinate slow moving or obsolete inventory
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure efficient account operations.
  • Prepare estimate requests, correspondence or quotes for customers by following established procedures and formats.
  • Coordinate workflow and training requirements of Account Coordinators and Account Assistants that may be required to support the account(s), using effective communication, motivation and leadership skills.
  • Produce and distribute required account-related reports.
  • Assist the Sales Team in scheduling meetings with internal and external customers.
  •  Create and maintain internal customer files in good order.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area.


  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
