Job Description

Accounting Manager
Temp to Hire
Pay: $100K - $120K annually 

SCOPE and PURPOSE
Applies to all activities and guidelines for operations performed by the Accounting Manager. This job description shall be reviewed on a regular basis.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee all functions of the accounting department of all US companies
  • Train, retrain and hire employees as needed
  • Generate all financial reports required by Headquarters in a timely manner
  • Inventory discrepancy analysis
  • Work with all company's divisions on intercompany transactions
  • Yearly budget
  • Prepare documentation for yearly audit 
  • Audit company records of fixed assets and depreciation schedules
  • Monitor all bank account activity, along with cash flow planning
  • Set up Accounting and Financing procedures and policies
  • Manage tax planning for all US divisions
ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIPS
  • Regardless of other duties, has a responsibility to follow the company’s production, safety, and quality procedures.
REQUIREMENTS 
  • Education and Training – BS degree in Accounting or Finance, Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
  • Experience – At least five years experience or as deemed sufficient by management
