Accounts Payable
Temp to Hire
Hours: Working On-Site Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm
Paying $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Duties Include:

  • Enter & Process Invoices in an efficient & timely manner
  • Prepare Invoice Support (Copes, Scanning & attaching Invoices)
  • Process Check Runs to pay invoices when due
  • Monitor the AP email box daily
  • Charge expenses to corresponding GL Accounts by analyzing Invoices
  • Ensure all invoices are verified & coded correctly
  • Reconcile Credit Checks
  • Perform tasks necessary for Monthly Closings

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Accounting degree or course work preferred
  • 3 years of AP experience
  • MS Outlook, Excel & Word
  • Basic bookkeeping & accounting principles
