Administrative Assistant/Receptionist Pasadena, Texas 77507

 Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project based work. Interaction with regional branches with regard to sales orders, scanning and uploading of project based assignments are expected from the prospective candidate. This is a long-term temporary assignment starting as soon as possible and the pay range is $12-15 per hour in Pasadena, TX.

  • Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors, and offer general visitor policy overview.
  • Answer incoming calls, fax or emails, and transfer to appropriate staff members.
  • Plan, coordinate and execute meetings and visits.
  • Coordinate travel arrangement and expense reporting as needed.
  • Ensure operation of office equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, and maintaining equipment inventories.
  • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Create and modify documents using various computer programs.
  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
  • Comply with and ensure department compliance with Company health, safety and environmental policies.
  • Comply with all applicable U.S. export control and security regulations.
  • May be assigned to special reports that require exercise of judgement and responsibility.
  • May be assigned to special projects in support of departmental roles.
  • Other duties as required.


  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • Minimum of three to six months of related experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills preferred.
