Are you detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task? Are you able to communicate effectively and provide quick response to customer inquiries? If yes, then this is the job for you! Join our client located in a high-rise building in The Woodlands with views overlooking the lake! Work involves entering data and verifying accuracy in order to process, record, balance, and reconcile transactions and data entry. This position is long term temporary opening, paying $16.50/hr. 

Responsibilities:

  • Enters data in on-line to process transactions in a timely manner; updates data by executing appropriate corrections, additions and deletions; balances and/or reconciles transactions, and data entry
  • Receives continuous on-the-job training to identify tools, resources and other sources of information that will be relevant to the processing of documents
  • Maintains positive relationships with customers/departments by providing prompt responses to inquiries; follows through with respect to commitments and corrections; provides confirmation of actions taken
  • Works independently in a multi-tasking environment in a fast paced full time position that requires regular, reliable, and punctual attendance.

Requirements:

  • College-level course-work or graduation from an accredited two-year or four-year college or university or five or more years of professional related experience in related business
  • Must have ability to work independently in a multi-tasking customer service setting.
  • Must type 11,000 kph with accuracy.
  • Must be familiar with standard office equipment including personal computers, spreadsheet, and database software and be able to learn and implement company specialty software systems and procedures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, handle multiple activities or interruptions at once and to work positively and effectively within a team
  • Available to work some overtime including Saturday's
