Corporate Receptionist, 77003
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Long Term Temporary (6 months+)
 
Below are the high level job duties:
 
Job Duties:
  • Answer phones.
  • Greet visitors.
  • Validate parking.
  • Sign in/out packages and deliveries.
  • Data entry
  • Assist Office Manager with ordering lunches for meetings.
  • Other projects as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years corporate receptionist experience
  • Strong communication skills including grammar.
  • Professional appearance 
  • Front desk etiquette
  • Friendly personality
  • Proficiency with MS Office, need to be computer literate.
  • MS Word and Excel templates are set up will need to know how to navigate/enter data.
  • Ability to navigate electronic sign-in system for guests.
