A leading supplier of final drive motors for Heavy Equipment machinery in North America is creating a NEW B2B sales business unit and is now hiring Inside Sales Reps in Magnolia, TX. This temp to hire role is FIRST shift 8am - 5pm, with a compensation of $35K-$40K + Commission with the possibility of 1st YR Expected Income = 60k+ and 2nd YR Expected Income = 80k-100k+.

Responsibilities :

  • Generate new sales via telephone
  • Territory will include up to 25% of U.S. market
  • Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
  • Manage Key Accounts as assigned by Management
  • Scrub LinkedIn Contacts for qualified leads
  • Manage Hubspot CRM Leads
  • Perform cold calls to target markets as assigned
  • ** HIGH OUTBOUND CALL VOLUME IS EXPECTED **
  • Understand customer requirements and technical specifications
  • Maintain records of customer communications and contact information via CRM
  • Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
  • Provide quality service by following organization standards
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • We re looking for a highly energetic Sales Representative to generate new business via telesales
  • The Sales Rep will be given a territory to grow that may consist up to 25% of the U.S. market
  • Candidate is expected work entire sales cycle (lead generation, cold calling, closing, account maintenance, etc.)
  • In the beginning, Candidate will spend 90%+ of time prospecting to close new business
  • Other duties, as assigned

Requirements:

  • Must be experienced in telesales, lead generation, cold calling and account maintenance
  • Must have previous "hunter" experience
  • Successful sales history in one of the Heavy Equipment market segments mentioned above is a plus
  • Previous hydraulic motors sales is a plus
  • Technical understanding a plus
  • Proven Account Manager experience, technical understanding, CRM experience, telephone skills, excellent verbal and written communications skills, professionalism, team player, motivation for sales
