Supply Chain Analyst-- Houston, TX 77041

The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for managing the timely planning, procurement, and delivery of high quality, cost effective goods and services from the supply base. The position reports into Supply Chain Management organization. This is a long term temporary assignment (9+ months) paying up to $27 per hour.

  • Collect, organize, manage and analysis of vast amount of data needed to develop and execute Supply Chain strategies for company and its divisions.
  • Support other core supply chain transactions, such as Supplier Management and Supply Chain Tools database management.
  • Generate reports and analyze data to support the Products and FSS supply chain team's global data needs.
  • Backup for other FSG resources
  • Help support other data reporting for Houston Operations and QC


  • Bachelor s Degree in Business or related field from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 1 year Experience in a professional office environement
  • 2+ years of logistics, transportation, shipping or supply chain experience a plus
  • Software Skills: Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project
  • Organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to project a positive and professional image on behalf of the organization
  • Possess sufficient oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively with suppliers and all levels of staff throughout the organization
  • Solid personal computer skills with strong capability with Microsoft Office products; Excel, Word and PowerPoint
