Order Entry/Customer Service Representative needed for Temp to Perm Opportunity in NW Houston area (77041) paying $12 to $15 an hour. Our client is an established distributor of industrial products. Qualified individuals will enjoy greeting customers by phone, processing paperwork with accuracy and speed, handling multiple priorities, coordinating requests from internal and external customer, and working in small office (less than 10). Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-year college degree
  • Previous office experience (3+ years), preferably in wholesale or industrial business.
  • Data Entry - type min 55 WPM
  • Answer phone / receptionist duties
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer Service orientation
  • Proficiency in business math
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to demonstrate PC proficiency (MS Office and email)
  • Collaboration with colleagues in small-office environment
  • General office duties, including filing and backup for inventory receiving
  • Verifiable work references
