  • Manages various aspects of operations including; production, materials, and personnel
  • Identifies problems and offers improvement solutions to increase productivity
  • Manages new product introduction for various projects and equipment
  • Develops process, equipment, employee safety, and housekeeping strategies for the operations
  • Supports using LEAN Manufacturing techniques, quality, cost reduction, complete and on-time delivery, production performance measures
  • Analyzes and reports various operations data
  • Monitors and controls process/maintenance costs and production levels to remain within budgetary goals
  • Manages personnel across various divisions and departments as required
  • Participates in daily, weekly, monthly and annual planning process as required
  • Interfaces with both internal and external customers for the coordination of production operations to support various groups
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as required or requested


  • Bachelor s Degree in Operations Management, Business Management or similar body of study
  • 5+ years management / supervisory experience in an electronics manufacturing environment
  • Proven attributes in forecasting, scheduling and real-time operations management
  • Knowledge and experience in Kaizen and LEAN Manufacturing
  • Experience practicing and driving 5S standards
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Strong personnel management skills
  • Experience supervising, developing and coaching staff
  • Ability to harbor and work well in a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal skills (English)
