Job Description

Bilingual-Accounts Payable, 77093
Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
 
Will work part-time during training (1-4 weeks ) then transition to full time after training.
 
Duties:
  • Responsible for reviewing & entering a high volume of invoices
  • Maintain all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets and corporate accounts payable files while approving vendor invoices for payment
  • Confirm approvals, appropriate coding and expenses
  • Research outstanding payments
  • Maintain verified accounts payable records and prepare accounts payable checks

Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of QuickBooks experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of Account Payables experience; construction a plus
  • Bilingual Spanish/English
