Pay: $18.00
Shift: Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Warehouse Admin/Data Entry Associate will assist the Warehouse Manager with all administrative warehouse projects. This position works in a warehouse setting, environment-controlled warehouse office, with direct interaction with warehouse associates. Strongly suggest SAP or Oracle experience. SAP will be primary system utilized in this position.
Job Duties
Assist Warehouse Manager with all paperwork related to warehouse shipping and receiving, inventory, and other special projects.
Utilize SAP system to enter cycle count data, create Pick Tickets, process inbound receiving documents, and process customer Invoices.
Assist with physical counting of parts in warehouse locations.
Maintain warehouse statistical reports via Excel and PowerPoint.
Maintain office and warehouse supplies, submitting orders for replenishment when required.
Assist Shipping by preparing Shipping Labels.
Review, Label and Organize small parts on automated storage machines
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience.
Must have SAP or Oracle experience
Must have strong computer skills: Word, Excel, Email
