Pay range: $24.00 - $28.00 (depending on experience)
Shift: 6:00a-4:30p

Job Description:

Tube benders measure, cut, flare and secure both stainless and carbon steel tubing between various devices and components. Tubing ranges in size from 1/4 1 1/2 with multiple bends in one section possible.
Responsibilities/Job Duties:
Use a manual tube bender to shape various size tubing runs.
Understand how to read and follow written instructions and plans.
Fabricate parts by flaring, deburring, trimming, and forming material of various dimensions.
Repair damaged tubing and using a threading machine to thread pipes.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
Follow appropriate procedures to promote safety and ensure the quality of your work.
Maintain production records and assist in the development of remediation plans to prevent defects from persisting.
Pre-build tubing assemblies with some welding for brackets and supports.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions and provide consistent work.
Thorough understanding of inventory policies and procedures.
Strong problem-solving skills

Education and Experience:
At least five years of experience in related area required.
At least one year of supervisory experience preferred.
Valid state license.

Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing.
Must be able to lift over 15 pounds at times.
