Job Description

Data Entry Clerk
Temporary, roughly 2-3 months
Monday-Friday, 8AM-4PM

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Admin. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently uploading photos, along with their corresponding descriptions and pricing information, into our operating system.

Photo Upload: Transfer product photos from various sources, such as digital files or physical copies, into our operating system. Maintain a systematic approach to organizing and labeling photos to facilitate easy retrieval and efficient uploading.

Description Input: Enter product descriptions accurately and concisely, ensuring that they adhere to our established guidelines and formatting standards. Collaborate with other team members or departments, as necessary, to gather missing or additional information required for comprehensive descriptions.

Pricing Information: Input pricing details, including regular prices, discounts, promotional offers, and any other relevant pricing data. Double-check the accuracy of entered prices to minimize errors and inconsistencies.

Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on uploaded data to identify and rectify any inaccuracies or inconsistencies. Collaborate with team members to resolve issues promptly and maintain the integrity of our product database.

Timeliness and Efficiency: Meet assigned deadlines for photo uploads, descriptions, and pricing data. Manage workloads effectively and prioritize tasks to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
