Job Description
Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
In-Office
Description / Qualifications:
The ideal applicant will have experience in Office Management, Human Resources, and Accounting including A/P, A/R, Payroll
and Taxes, capable of working in an 80+ employee organization.
Experience with the following software preferred but not required:
o Alliance Human Capital Management
o Macola and Synergy (ECi)
o TimeClock Plus
o Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities of the position include:
1. Working in accounts payable and accounts receivable
2. Benefits Administration
3. Working with partners and staffing agencies to recruit talent
4. Managing the company s online postings
5. Overseeing the onboarding of new talent from start to finish, including utilizing the services of our background check
and drug screen partners
6. Payroll processing
7. Credit card, expense report and receipt reconciliations
8. Processing and coding expense reports to the appropriate accounting code
9. Freight accounting, inbound and outbound auditing, payment, and reporting.
10. Special Projects and other Administrative duties
