Duties
- Enter all released Sales Orders in the tracker, print and release documents to the warehouse for processing in order of the priority and color coding accordingly.
- Address the assigned customer’s queries and concerns and escalating issues to the Team Lead when needed.
- Coordinate all shipment release activities between fulfillment, warehouse and logistics teams
- Facilitate all administrative duties including all filing and document management
- Assist with daily office administrative functions – Coordinating weekly team breakfast, supplies inventory and listing for ordering, etc.
- Ensure the highest level of data quality and integrity by processing documents accurately.
- Assist with Shipping functions and other system transactions when needed.
- Update various team dashboards daily as instructed.
- Ensure that all inbound and outbound files contain all necessary document copies and are in proper sequence.
- Review and scan all final docs, inbound and outbound and upload into the shared folders daily.
- Follow up on Daily inbound and outbound milk run transfer documents and maintain records of the daily transfers.
- Responsible for customer satisfaction by implementing effective service capabilities; will interface directly with client in a professional manner and respond to all inquiries in a timely manner.
- Provide feedback on work processing estimates and timelines as needed.
Duties
- Minimum of 1 year of Sales Order Entry or Sales Support experience.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems
- Associate Degree a plus.
- Oracle experience is a plus
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and other technical software is required.
