Job Description

TPI Staffing has an immediate need for an Accounting Invoice Clerk in NW Houston. This position is Direct Hire, Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm and is paying $36,000 - $40,000 annually.

Responsibilities: 
  1. Process customer invoices in QuickBooks using field tickets, water receipts, and other associated material invoices for all.
  2. Verify accuracy of invoices after entering them in QuickBooks by comparing invoice totals to totals provided by Production Managers.
  3. Print copies of invoices and provide to Sales Manager for distribution by Sales Rep’s to obtain Field approval and scan invoices into a company shared drive.
  4. Review Field approved invoices daily and update QuickBooks to verify approval.
  5. Provide Office Manager a listing daily of Field Approved invoices for release of final invoices to customers.
  6. Review open invoices daily and provide list of open invoices that have not been approved and released within 7 days to the Manager.
  7. Release final invoices to customers as directed by the Manager.
  8. Provide additional invoice information to Sales Rep’s upon request.
  9. Other duties as assigned by the Office Manager.
