Accounting Clerk 
Temp to Hire

Position Overview
We are looking for an Accounting Clerk to support our day-to-day accounting functions. This role will assist primarily with accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general administrative support within the Accounting Department. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
· Enter and process vendor invoices accurately and timely
· Prepare vendor payments (check, ACH, wire) as needed
· Maintain vendor files and respond to basic vendor inquiries
· Prepare and send customer invoices
· Apply customer payments and monitor aging reports
· Assist with follow-up on outstanding receivables
· Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
· Assist with month-end close tasks and account reconciliations
· Maintain organized accounting records (digital and physical)
· Provide general support to the Corporate Controller and accounting team

Qualifications
· 1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
· Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable
· Basic understanding of debits and credits
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
· Strong communication and organizational skills
