Job Description

Accounting Clerk - Cypress, TX 77429
Temp to Hire
$20.00 per hour
 
Duties:
  • Assist Accounting by researching invoices and communicating requests and actions to customers.
  • Provide timely customer service for all calls, emails and questions from vendors
  • Perform a variety of administrative duties including copying and electronic filing
  • Provide support to other projects as necessary
  • Receptionist relief when needed.
  • Assist with creating and updating reports in Excel. 
  • Assumes and performs other administrative duties as needed.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail.

Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of Accounting Clerk experience 
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Will train for credit card processing. 
  • Need to be able to use a calculator and typewriter.
