Job Description

Accounts Payable Clerk - QuickBooks
Temp to Hire
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Prior experience with QuickBooks is preferred, in addition to general clerical and administrative skills in a industrial environment. Our client is looking for someone detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable supporting an accounting team with day-to-day administrative and financial recordkeeping tasks.

Duties: 
  • Creating and emailing invoices
  • Entering billing on a daily basis
  • Entering bills for accounts payable
  • Entering sales orders
  • Converting sales orders into invoices
  • Process payments for invoices
  • Maintaining filing
