Job Description

TPI Staffing is Hiring for a Temp-to-Hire Accounts Payable Position in NW Houston.
Working On-Site Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm
Pay $18-$20 Per Hour.
 
Duties Include:
Enter & Process Invoices in an efficient & timely manner
Prepare Invoice Support (Copes, Scanning & attaching Invoices)
Process Check Runs to pay invoices when due
Monitor the AP email box daily
Charge expenses to corresponding GL Accounts by analyzing Invoices
Ensure all invoices are verified & coded correctly
Reconcile Credit Checks
Perform tasks necessary for Monthly Closings
 
Requirements
High School Diploma
Accounting degree or course work preferred
3 years of AP experience
MS Outlook, Excel & Word
Basic bookkeeping & accounting principles
