Accounts Payable
Greenspoint area
Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Will work part-time during training (1-4 weeks ) then transition to full time after training.
Duties
- Responsible for reviewing & entering a high volume of invoices
- Maintain all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets and corporate accounts payable files while approving vendor invoices for payment
- Confirm approvals, appropriate coding and expenses
- Research outstanding payments
- Maintain verified accounts payable records and prepare accounts payable checks and
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of QuickBooks experience
- Minimum of 1 year of Account Payables experience; construction a plus
- Bilingual Spanish/English
