Pay: $55K - $65K annually
Summary:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented candidate who will perform and coordinate various accounts receivable (AR) and accounting duties within our organization to fit into our dynamic team. The accounts receivable (AR) specialist will report directly to the CFO for the time being. Our client offers a challenging, rewarding, and fun work experience. Duties:
· Generate, input, and send invoices to customers accurately and timely
· Monitor customer accounts and follow up or take appropriate actions on overdue accounts
· Foster relationships and coordinate with customers and co-workers to resolve any billing issues
· Input and reconcile payments to ensure accuracy and completeness
· Investigate and resolve customer queries related to invoices and payments
· Collaborate with internal teams to streamline AR processes and improve efficiency
· Compile weekly, month-end, and year-end reports and charts for review
· Asset in cash management and reconciliations
· Provide support and advice to management including efficiency, automation, and spending opportunities
· Aid with month-end closing activities such as journal entries and other ad hoc projects as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
· Three or more years in AR required
· Three or more years of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines required
· Three or more years of customer collection experience required
· Strong Microsoft Office including Microsoft Excel required
· Detail oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities required
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal required
· Growth mindset with the ability to adapt and accept challenges required
· US work authorization without sponsorship required
· Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background check required
· Ability to physically push, pull, and lift 50lbs or more required
· Ability to sit, stand, and walk for four plus hours at a time required

Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred
· Accounts receivable process development experience preferred
· Experience working in ERP systems preferred
· Experience with multi-site manufacturing preferred
