Administrative Assistant - Construction, 77433
Temp to Hire
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (on-site)

TPI Staffing is hiring for an Administrative Assistant in Cypress! Must have experience in QuickBooks and Accounts Payable. Great company culture, casual dress code and benefits after conversion!

Required Experience: 
  • Accounts Payable
  • QuickBooks
  • AIA contract program experience is a HUGE plus, but not required
  • Proficient in MS Office (including PowerPoint)
  • Great phone skills
  • Takes initiative and able to work independently
  • Customer Service oriented, team player with a great attitude
  • Will be helping several different managers, so flexibility and ability to multi-task is critical
  • Will be trained on industry knowledge
