Administrative Assistant – Houston, TX 77041
Temp - 2 months +
Pay $18.00 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage and direct phone calls - includes answering calls, placing calls as requested, forwarding phones, taking messages, and screening calls
  • Sort, scan, and organize invoices
  • Assist with organizing company or customer events 
  • Organize and maintain cleanliness of common areas and prepare boardroom for meetings
  • Organize intercompany and team building events such as new hire events, holiday parties, and intramural teams
  • Maintain files, databases, and archives of relevant records
  • Maintain and manage accurate office supply inventory
  • Manage, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Update and maintain shred contact and employee list
  • Any other tasks that your supervisor may assign to you
