Job Description

Administrative Assistant
Temp to Hire
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 8 AM - 5 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assists and directs all guests, clients and customers for meetings, appointments, and service.
  • Performs general office support duties including copying, filing, mailing, and faxing; maintaining office directories and filing systems; managing office supplies. 
  • Clerical Duties (uploading documents, contacting vendors, following up on clubhouse rentals)
  • Prepares basic correspondence (email, letter, etc.) as directed by manager and appropriate team members
  • Customer Service - speaking, emailing residents
  • Assists manager with special projects as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned (region specific).
