Job Description

Front Desk Receptionist 
Temporary (through January, possibly longer)
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM

The responsibilities for this role include:
  • Answering some phone calls, noting that we utilize an automated system,
  • Assisting with incoming and outgoing deliveries and mail, including sorting, and using the Pitney Bowes machine for postage.
  • Greeting and directing guests who arrive at the office.
  • Maintaining the front kitchen area, which involves making coffee, monitoring supplies, and ensuring cleanliness.
  • Occasionally assisting with minor administrative tasks as needed around the office.
This position requires an individual who is very reliable, punctual, and friendly.
