Job Description

Overview of the Position:
The focus of this position is to provide exemplary customer service by answering calls, greet walk-in customers, collect and sort mail and deliveries and maintain customer records / invoices.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities / Description:
• Motivated and energetic
• Ability to work independently
• Answering phones
• Greeting clients
• Scheduling incoming / outgoing shipments
• Ordering office supplies
• Quickbooks experience is a bonus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This position may require additional tasks, duties or project assigned.
