Job Description

Administrative Assistant with Accounting Knowledge
Direct Hire opportunity
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay Rate - $17.00-$19.00
Casual Work Environment
 
Key Responsibilities:
Answering light phones, filing, scanning, matching PO’s/Packing lists and entering the bills, answering e-mails, tracking status of open vendor PO’s, miscellaneous office tasks as needed.
 
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. 2-3 years office environment experience 
  2. Attention to Detail
  3. Organizational and Time Management
  4. Self – Starter
  5. Motivated
  6. Microsoft Office
  7. NetSuite is a plus
