Order Entry Clerk -Stafford
Temp with potential to be hired on. 
Pay: $21.00 per hour 
 
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic person to work within our clients Order Management team in Stafford, Texas. The overall responsibility of an order clerk will investigate billing disputes and work with the credit team. 
 
Responsibilities include
• Log customer complaints into software tools 
• Investigate billing disputes
• Communicate with credit team product managers to determine resolution strategy 
• Support the external sales team where direct customer liaison is required 
 
Duties
Order Entry, Inside Sales or Customer Support experience 
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel 
SAP experience Preferred
Excellent computer skills, solid math skills, excellent written, verbal, and communication skills
