First Shift:
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 (depending on experience)

Major Duties/Functions

• Perform moderately complex assembly of mechanical or electrical components requiring fitting, adjusting, and/or fabrication for assembly of products
• Ability to use various hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices such as tape measures, height gauges, and calipers
• Ability to accurately read measuring devices to verify accuracy and placement of assembled components, making adjustments as necessary and/or notifying appropriate personnel of non-conformance
• May monitor pressure gauges and document readings for hydro testing
• May measure, cut, and assemble wood to crate finished products
• May train other Assemblers
• Perform multiple production tasks to allow for effective job rotation
• Participate in continuous improvement processes
• Recommend changes to and participate in the review of manufacturing procedures
• May perform electronic transactions within the business operating system
• Perform daily organization and cleanup of work area
• Follow safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions and incidents to supervision
• Perform work of miscellaneous nature

Experience: Two (2) years of directly related experience required

Education: High School Diploma or GED (will be verified)
