Assistant Project Manager / Commercial Roofing or Commercial Construction

Location: The Woodlands Pkwy and 45 North Area
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
Salary Range: 50K -55K Depending on the experience with potential for promotion to Project Manager

The assistant project manager will assist with day-to-day needs in our Operations Department. This position will report to a project manager and purchasing manager and will serve as an integral part of our company.
The assistant project manager will help to streamline our operations and preconstruction processes. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong communication skills, anticipate needs, complete tasks promptly and have the ability to handle themselves professionally. They
will work with vendors, project managers, project superintendents, customers, and other related project persons. Opportunity for growth is available for the person who excels at this position.
Required Skills:
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) is preferred but not required.
• Candidates with a construction background will be considered first.
• Strong Communication and follow up skills are an essential requirement.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft related programs and experience within a CRM platform is preferred.
