Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour

Coordinate activity of assigned accounts. Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction through a high level of service.
Duties
- Communicate delivery status, schedule changes and returns by talking with customers by phone or in person or through fax or email confirmations.
- Communicate the status of quotes, questions and orders proactively by promptly forwarding information to the sales representative.
- Process assigned sales orders by reviewing the input from Customer Service staff and entering a computer database system.
- Serve as an internal liaison for all departments on assigned accounts by providing effective and efficient lines of communication.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels as required or specified by the account.
- Prepare estimated requests, correspondence or quotes for customers by following established procedures and formats.
- Produce and distribute required account-related reports.
- Assist the Sales Team in scheduling meetings with internal and external customers.
- Assist Accounting by keeping assigned customer receivables current by researching invoices as needed and communicating requests and actions to customers.
- Assist the Sales Team in developing and setting up new customer products as necessary.
- Create and maintain internal customer files in good order.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of administrative assistant or account coordinator experience.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- High School Diploma
- MS Office, Excel, OCR software, ERP experience, JD Edwards
