Job Description

Bilingual Front Office Coordinator/Administrative Assistant
Temp to Hire
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
 
Summary of Responsibilities:
Provides general office clerical assistance and reception duties as required for the Southerland facility. 
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming telephone calls, and direct to appropriate staff.
  • Update out of office board daily for Southerland facility personnel.
  • Welcome on-site visitors, customers, vendors, and applicants. Complete the safety orientation for first time visitors. 
  • Provide administrative support within the Southerland facility. 
  • Receive, sort, and route incoming and outgoing mail. 
  • Order office and general office supplies for designated building.
  • Order, coordinate, and set up for employee related training, lunches and meetings as needed.
  • Reserve conference rooms for Southerland staff as needed.
  • Provides relief for the Manufacturing Receptionist at breaks, lunch breaks and during absences.
  • Scan and input training material into SharePoint and follow up with personnel on required training.
  • Prepare the birthday cards for US personnel monthly. 
  • Notify answering service of closing of switchboard and any special instructions regarding after-hours calls.
  • Maintain clean and orderly work area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Education/Experience:
  • Requires some high school education.  
  • Previous experience in an office setting is preferred.  
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a requirement.
