Bilingual Admin Assistant/Customer Service, 77041 - Two openings!
Temp to Hire opportunity
Pay: $17.00 per hour
This is for one of our Premier clients;  a graphics company that we have worked with for over 30 years! Great company culture and engaging coworkers! 

In this role, YOU will be responsible for coordinating activities of assigned accounts. And ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction through a high level of service.
  • Communicate delivery status, schedule changes and returns by talking with customers by phone or in person or through fax or email confirmations.
  • Communicate the status of quotes, questions and orders pro actively by promptly forwarding information to the sales representative.
  • Process assigned sales orders by reviewing input from Customer Service staff and entering into a computer database system.
  • Serve as internal liaison for all departments on assigned accounts by providing effective and efficient lines of communication.
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels as required or specified by the account.
  • Prepare estimated requests, correspondence or quotes for customers by following established procedures and formats.
  • Produce and distribute required account-related reports.
  • Assist the Sales Team in scheduling meetings with internal and external customers.
  • Assist Accounting by keeping assigned customer receivables current by researching invoices as needed and communicating requests and actions to customers.
  • Assist Sales Team in developing and setting up new customer products as necessary.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Administrative Assistant, Customer Service Representative or Account Coordinator experience. 
  • High School Diploma
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with initiative and moderate level of supervision. 
  • Ability to handle administrative duties, multiple tasks and to prioritize.
