Join our growing client in the Construction industry located in the Northwest area of Houston. They are Seeking a temp to hire Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties will include providing office & administrative/clerical support to entire team, assisting in daily office needs. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong written communication skills, problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail and punctual.

Job responsibilities:
• Provides administrative support by assisting the AP, HR and AR department
• Provide front desk coverage, including answer phones, taking detailed messages & greet visitors as needed
• Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, organizing files, scanning etc.
• Cross-Train In other departments to act as back up as needed
• Enter data efficiently and maintain accurate records
• Order Office and breakroom supplies; routinely stock and organize supply and breakroom areas.
• Perform any other tasks or functions deemed necessary to the daily operations of the office
