Bilingual Construction Office Coordinator - San Marcos, TX 78666
Temp to Hire
Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 3:00 pm, no OT
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

**Bilingual (English/Spanish) and prior construction industry experience required**

Our client's San Marcos division is looking for an enthusiastic candidate for the position of Bilingual Office Coordinator for their facility. The Bilingual Office Coordinator will assist the Operations Manager in overall day to day operations of the facility which involve the ability to handle multiple tasks at a time and provide effective communication to all within the company. This ideal candidate will need to possess the ability to be adaptable and flexible within the role as the fast-paced environment calls for rapid changes and effective communication.

Other key job requirements are as follows:
• Thorough knowledge of the English & Spanish Language
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft applications ex. MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Etc.
• The ability to handle payroll for 60 plus employees and update crew sheets daily
• The ability to inventory and order necessary products for the operation which include materials and supplies.
• Gain an understanding of our industry methods of applications.
• The ability to attain 10 hours OSHA Safety certificate within 90 days of employment
• The ability to update all safety sheets for our branch and current clients.
• The ability to understand our client’s needs and the ability to respond in an immediate fashion.
• The ability to maintain an effective work calendar based on our client’s needs and specific dates for job completions
• The ability to work under pressure and maintain a can-do attitude no matter the situation.
