Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a hardworking and dependable Trim Puller for a labor-intensive position in our shop. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within a team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish and capable of performing physically demanding tasks throughout the day.
Responsibilities:
Pull and organize lumber materials to build trim packs for deliveries
Work in a fast-paced shop environment
Ensure materials are prepared accurately and efficiently
Assist team members as needed to meet production goals
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements:
Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials throughout the shift
Strong work ethic and reliability
Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
Previous shop or lumber experience is a plus, but not required
