Bilingual Production Lead (Bilingual: Vietnamese/English Required)
Location: Cypress, TX & Tomball, TX
Shift Options: Day Shift & Night Shift (Monday – Saturday, 12-hour shifts)
Day: 8AM - 8PM
Night: 8PM - 8AM
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
About the Role The Production Lead is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring em-ployees follow safety, quality, and productivity standards throughout the solar module manufac-turing process. This role provides hands-on leadership, supports production employees across multiple stations, troubleshoots production issues, monitors workflow, and ensures materials and equipment are properly maintained to meet production goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous manufacturing or production experience required
• Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred
• Experience in solar manufacturing or automated production environments is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed
Responsibilities
• Lead and support production employees during daily manufacturing operations while en-suring safety, quality, attendance, and productivity standards are consistently met
• Monitor production lines and equipment to maintain efficient workflow and minimize downtime
• Train employees on production processes, equipment operation, and safety procedures
• Troubleshoot production and equipment issues and escalate concerns when necessary
• Ensure materials are loaded properly and coordinate replenishment with material han-dling teams
• Review inspection and EL test results, coordinate rework when needed, and ensure product quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
• Oversee daily operations across all production areas including Stringing, Layup, Material Handling, EL Inspection, Framing, Cleaning, Soldering, and Packing
• Ensure finished products are properly packed, labeled, wrapped, and prepared for ship-ment
