Temp to Hire
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and rescheduling customers
- Creating and sending tech tickets
- Updating and closing out all tickets
- Verify tech daily clock locations
- Customer complaints and Q & A’s
- Compliance engine submittals
- Creating service invoice
- Maintain workflow by analyzing and refining standard operating procedures
- Pick up and drop off parts and materials to the job site
- Answer phone calls and direct the caller to the appropriate personnel or department
- Take messages or provide clients with the basic information to satisfy their call
Skills/Requirements:
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
