Summary
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Cleanroom Cleaner to support our manufacturing operations by maintaining a contamination-free environment. This role is essential in upholding cleanroom classifications under ISO 14644 and US Federal Standard 209E, ensuring the integrity of our wafer fabrication process and compliance with strict industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform scheduled and routine cleaning of cleanroom areas, including fabs, gowning rooms, tool surfaces, walls, ceilings, and floors.
Adhere to ISO 14644 cleanroom classifications and company contamination control protocols.
Use ESD-safe (Electrostatic Discharge) cleaning techniques to protect sensitive semiconductor equipment.
Follow proper gowning procedures to maintain cleanroom integrity.
Maintain accurate cleaning logs and documentation for compliance and audit readiness.
Safely dispose of hazardous and non-hazardous materials according to industry and environmental regulations.
Restock cleanroom consumables (gloves, masks, sticky mats, etc.).
Identify and report potential contamination or maintenance issues.
Coordinate with production teams to minimize disruptions during cleaning activities.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing cleanrooms preferred.
Knowledge of cleanroom classifications (ISO 3-7), ESD safety, and contamination control.
Familiarity with chemical safety protocols in cleanroom environments.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise cleaning procedures.
Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
