Salary: $55K - $75K, depending on experience
In-Office - Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
This position will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality recruitment needs with a primary focus on job requisitions for the commercial roofing industry. Our client is looking for a confident and proactive individual who is quality driven in their service approach.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver a first-class recruitment service for hires, while bringing the highest quality candidates to the business.
- Recruiting and filling various functional roles that include, but are not limited to Project Management, Business Development/Sales and other internal openings.
- Respond to hiring managers in a timely manner and develop strong relationships with local senior managers.
- Manage employee documentation, interview updates and offer letter generation.
- Responsibilities for all hires; Making offers of employment in accordance with budget and time frame requirements.
- Initiate regular meetings with Hiring Manager or Hiring Team to better understand vacancy requirements and gather all appropriate information for alignment on resource needs.
- Direct sourcing of candidates via LinkedIn, prospecting, Indeed and other specialized job boards.
- Pre-screening candidates by conducting phone interviews.
- Virtual and In-person interview management, coordination and participation.
- Managing background check and on-boarding process of New Hires.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of strong corporate recruitment experience in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Roofing or Construction industry experience is considered a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Ability to form strong partnerships with Hiring Managers.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Team player who understands and aligns with group objectives.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and work cross-functionally across global teams.
- Great interpersonal skills, self-motivated, innovative and experience working across functional departments.
- Proficient use of MS Office applications particularly Excel, Word, Power Point and Teams.
