- Support existing sales territories and develop new ones.
- Build relationships with both new and existing customers via phone and email.
- Proactively develop new business opportunities.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate with customers via phone calls and emails to ensure that orders were entered
correctly, fulfilled, delivered, and paid for. - Resolve customer and applicant inquiries and issues in a timely manner
- Analyzing sales data
- Minimum of 1-2 years of Inside Sales or CSR experience.
- Must have valve experience.
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask in a team atmosphere
- Good listener with exceptional analytical and reasoning skills
