Customer Service/Inside Sales Support- 77380
Direct Hire
Pay: $38K - $45K annually

Summary:
Our client is a rapidly growing lighting manufacturing company. They offer opportunities for advancement, as well as a friendly and supportive work environment. Their ideal candidate will have customer care experience with a focus on relationship building. Your personable demeanor and professional image will give you the ability to excel in our team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support existing sales territories and develop new ones.
  • Build relationships with both new and existing customers via phone and email.
  • Proactively develop new business opportunities.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate with customers via phone calls and emails to ensure that orders were entered correctly, fulfilled, delivered, and paid for.
  • Resolve customer and applicant inquiries and issues in a timely manner
  • Analyzing sales data
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of Inside Sales or CSR experience. 
  • A college degree is preferred.
  • Sales experience is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Quick learner who is result-oriented and curious
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task in a team atmosphere
  • Good listener with exceptional analytical and reasoning skills
