Job Description
SUMMARY:
Sales support, entering orders, customer support documentation and primary back-up Sales Representative.
Accept selected customer accounts and service as their Sales Representative.
Works with Sales Representatives to define areas of assistance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Enter sales orders when requested by Account Managers and performs customer support documentation and communication for Account Managers daily.
Accept select customer accounts and service as their Sales Representative
Primary back-up duties for Sales Representatives as needed
Communicates information relating to the departure dates and delivery dates on purchased products as it relates to sales and the sales department.
Receives the daily ship report that monitors inbound and works with sales as needed to match inbounds to deliveries.
Maintains accurate records in the company contact database of conversations, offers and written communications.
Perform additional and delegated duties as determined by President.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Requires a high school diploma/equivalent and 5 years of experience in the field or related area or Bachelor s degree (B.A).
