Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of customer service skills or prior experience in customer service is required.
• A willingness to learn and expand your skill sets is required.
• Great communication and phone skills are required.
• The ability to use and navigate a computer is required.
• Prior data entry or order entry skills preferred.
• Prior Service, Customer Service or Sales experience in any of the following industries is preferred, but not required: automotive, agricultural machinery, construction equipment, or other industrial/commercial manufacturing.
• Knowledge and/or experience with Truck Equipment preferred, but not required.
• Applicants will be expected to pass a drug test prior to hiring.
• Applicants will be expected to pass a background check prior to hiring.
