The Drafter will be responsible for preparing and completing relatively complex drafting and detailing tasks to support fabrication of pressure vessels and modular skids.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must possess thorough and relevant product knowledge
- Draws P&ID in AutoCAD with all proper tagging
- Creates detailed isometric fabrication drawings and 3D model in Autodesk Inventor
- Creates detailed Lay- Out and structural fabrication drawings in Autodesk Inventor
- Creates detailed Vessel fabrication drawings in Autodesk Inventor
- Creates a complete bill of materials for all vessels, structural and piping components
- Performs relatively complex drafting tasks in preparing various 3D-drawings of intricately designed parts and assemblies/prepares several views
- Makes mathematics computations using standard formulas/calculates dimensions, allowances and technical specifications
- Recognizes needs for and performs simple computer design customization
- Interacts with engineering and project managers to determine revisions required, or the establishment of new drawing specifications
- Works independently under limited supervision. Receives guidance on complex problems
- Knows and complies with all safety policies and procedures
- Contributes to the department’s continuous improvement culture
- Maintains confidentiality of all matters
- Other duties as required
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferred Associates degree from an accredited program in a related field or Equivalent education and/or experience

- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
- Proficient in the use of Inventor and AutoCAD software
