Job Description

TPI Staffing is hiring a Pleater Machine Operator in Conroe! This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work operating production machinery and assembling components, while also performing light data entry and basic inventory tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter production and inventory data accurately into computer systems and Excel spreadsheets.
  • Verify paperwork, route packets, and assist with general administrative documentation.
  • Operate pleater and related manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality components.
  • Set up, adjust, and maintain machinery for optimal performance.
  • Assemble and inspect parts following detailed work instructions.
  • Assist with tracking material usage and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Perform process manufacturing, finishing, and packaging operations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with manufacturing equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive or physical tasks.
  • Dependable and able to follow safety and production procedures.
