Job Description:
Regular maintenance to ensure the machines can operate normally.
- Increase production efficiency.
- Maintain pre-set product quality rate.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Evaluates manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs.
- Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, researching testing methods, and conferring with equipment vendors. Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
- Assures product and process quality by designing testing and manufacturing methods or processes.
- Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs.
- Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Provides manufacturing engineering information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintains product and company reputation by complying with government regulations.
- Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services.
- Completes design and development projects by training and guiding technicians.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor degree in engineering required.
- Minimum 1 year of production experience in a manufacturing engineering environment a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication, comprehension and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to identify and escalate problems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
