Executive Administrative Assistant, 77362
Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour

Duties
  • This would preferably be an individual with executive level experience. 
  • The primary duties would be to oversee the CEO’s calendar and email and shield him from interruptions and distractions. 
  • General office administration
 Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4+ years of Executive Administrative Assistant experience reporting to a CEO.
  • Proficient in Outlook and Excel
  • SharePoint is a plus.
  • Home building experience a plus. 
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and execute multiple projects simultaneously
